Two Texans have reportedly been arrested after scheming to sell a teenager’s virginity for the sum of $10,000.
The female suspect, Adriana Aguilar, 33, had according to reports, taken advantage of her relationship with the victim, whose identity has been withheld, before trying to sell her virginity to the male suspect, Cirino Santiago Delacruz, 32.
Daily News reports that the incident had occurred when Aguilar had driven the victim, who is a friend of her daughter, to an apartment where Delacruz had been waiting, after telling her that they were going to Dallas on an errand.
The victim reportedly revealed to investigators that she had seen Delacruz at a restaurant prior to their meeting at the apartment but had not recognised him.
The court documents revealed that Aguilar had informed the victim that Delacruz had offered to pay $10,000 to have sex with her and take her virginity.
The victim had, according to reports, been against the plan but had been forced into a bedroom of the apartment and held down by Delacruz as he tried to force himself on her.
The reports further reveal that, when Delacruz had tried to take off her pants, the victim had fought him off, after he had successfully fondled her and let her leave the room.
Aguilar had been furious with the victim because she would not have sex with Delacruz who had then paid the paltry sum of $100 for being able to fondle the victims brests.
Aguilar had later attempted to give $50, half of the payment to the victim, but she had not wanted the money, after which the suspect kept the whole money and warned her to keep the incident to hersself.
The duo have now been arrested and would be facing trial soon.
