The CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2018 just started this week and there’s quite a lot on display. Notably,  Acer’s new laptop, the Swift 7 is already causing a lot of excitement in Las Vegas. At the CES 2018, Acer has definitely made an impressive mark with its three new laptops. The one I really fancy among them is the  Acer Swift 7.

According to Acer, the Swift 7 is the ‘slimmest computer in the world’ which is just 8.98 mm thin.

The Acer Swift 7 has a 14-inch Full HD IPS display protected by  Corning Gorilla Glass NBT touchscreen. In terms of specifications, I’ll give it a thumbs up.

The Acer Swift 7 is powered by a 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processor.

It has 256GB of PCIe SSD storage and 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM for fast performance. Apart from all of this the laptop has a decent battery life and 4G LTE connectivity. In terms of security, the laptop’s chassis machine has a fingerprint sensor and Windows Hello support.

Out of three laptops that were announced by Acer on the CES 2018, The Swift 7 is the most expensive one. The laptop is priced at the US $1,699 (N611,000)  and will be available in March.
