Monday Night Soccer: Lukaku Hatrick Demolishes David Moyes’ Sunderland

The Belgian forward struck thrice in 20 minutes with two sublime headers and a calmly slotted third to put the game beyond comeback for Jermaine Defoe and his teammates.

Lukaku broke his eleven game goal drought in the second half after himself and his team members could not convert a plethora of chances that could easily have ended the game in the first forty five.

The win makes them joint second with Chelsea as Sunderland remain in the relegation zone.
Brilliant game play from both sides as it promised to be a cracking encounter as both sides made their way through the tunnel at the Stadium of Light but sadly the goals were one sided as the most impact came from the visiting team.

At this rate if things don’t change in favor of David Moyes, he might spend Christmas elsewhere. We sincerely hope his team can bounce back to achieve something meaningful before Boxing day.
